If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided you:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

We will cover all return shipping costs for any approved damage or defect claims.

🔄 Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you've changed your mind or are unsatisfied with the product, returns are permitted within 48 Hours. However, please note:

You must cover all return shipping costs
Approval and refund amount will be at our discretion
