Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed, quality checked, and dispatched. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to arrive. We deliver to all emirates across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

We offer free shipping on every order across the UAE. No minimum spend. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.

⚠️ Delays

Please note that customs inspections, public holidays, or courier delays are beyond our control and may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@vaultcodxb.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📍 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Disc Vault cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
